Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no return will be accepted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

Change of Mind
If you receive one of our products and decide it isn’t quite right for you then you are able to return it for an exchange or store credit of the items purchased value. Change of mind returns require customers to pay the return postage cost. Please contact us at info@ggrclothing.com.au for all change of mind returns inquiries and to receive a returns address.

Faulty Products
Products deemed to have a manufacturer fault will be eligible for full refund including shipping cost where applicable if the faulty item was the sole product in the order. Please contact us at info@ggrclothing.com.au if you have received a faulty product including images and descriptions of the fault for assessment. If approved you will be provided a free return shipping label to return the item.

Refunds
Refunds will only be provided on faulty items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, that day with standard processing times applicable before the funds return to your account.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded where applicable, unfortunately sale items cannot be return, excluding those with manufacture faults.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at info@ggrclothing.com.au for a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for change of mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns of manufacture caused faulty products will be provided a return shipping label at no cost once your return has been approved.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
